This week’s Team Member Tuesday highlights Jason Christensen, Housing Logistics Team Lead at Travelers Haven. “One of my favorite things about working at Travelers Haven is the ability to dabble in a lot of things and really grow professionally. I am able to learn various parts of the business and really take that to the next level, or step-in and assist other teams as needed. Unlike other places, Traveler’s Haven does not feel as siloed within our departments and teams are always willing to teach each other,” said Jason.
Jason was born in Boise, Idaho and relocated to Denver, CO for his husbands’ new job. He has two dogs, a Corgi/Chihauhua and a Papillion/Pomeranian. Before working at Travelers Haven, Jason worked as an insurance analyst reviewing group insurance data. In his free time, Jason can typically be found hanging out with friends, playing board games, video games or playing with his puppers.
What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
I am plant dad. I recently have started growing a ton of my own plants at home and it’s kind of gotten a bit out of control. I am pushing close to 60 plants in my house and now making my own jungle, haha.
Where’s one place you wish you traveled?
I’ve always wanted to travel to Denmark. My grandparents are from Denmark and I have always wanted to see all the sights and try all the different food.
