VeriStay combines more than a decade of experience and data points from tens of thousands of move-ins. We at Travelers Haven, one of the fourth-largest corporate housing companies in the U.S., first built this tool to standardize our own move-in process. Now, we’ve made it available to anyone wanting to improve the guest experience in temporary housing.

Can I sign in with my Travelers Haven Portal (THP) credentials? Do I need to sign up with the same email address and password as my THP account?

No; you will need to create your own VeriStay account, and you can create an account using any email address and password you prefer.

As a vendor, am I required to complete a VeriStay report for every Travelers Haven unit?

A VeriStay walkthrough will soon be required for all our units. Until then, we at Travelers Haven welcome your feedback and will let you know when VeriStay becomes required. The app will remain available and free to use whenever you‘d like!

How do I start a new walkthrough?

After you sign in, click “New Walkthrough” on the welcome screen to get started. You’ll be prompted to set the street address, layout, and unit type. Then you’re off and running!

How do I copy a previous walkthrough?

Currently, you cannot copy an existing walkthrough report. But we know this will be a useful addition in the next version! Let us know any other feedback or feature suggestions you have at contact@veristay.co.

How can I edit a previous walkthrough?

This also cannot be done. Carefully review your checklist, notes, and photos before you submit a walkthrough report because you cannot edit it once it’s submitted.

How do I take photos during an inspection?

You will be asked to take photos of each room included in the walkthrough. Simply click “Take photo” and allow the app access to use your camera.

How can I share a finished report?

You can send a finished VeriStay report either via email or by sharing its unique link. At the end of each walkthrough report, you can either type in a valid email address and send, or you can copy and paste the report’s unique link to share.
